We are throwing it back to the golden age of Hip Hop and R&B, taking it back to a time of house parties, walkman and cassettes. We are going back to a time when you watched videos not DVDs, when it was all about Naughty By Nature, Brandy, MJ and a Tribe Called Quest.
We are bringing you a party that is all about the music we grew up loving, the music that they just don’t seem to make any more. The music that made us, who we are.
– Expect a mind blowing stage setup with quirky and innovative visuals that will have you reminiscing like never before.
– A sound and lighting rig that will ensure you don’t miss a beat of your favorite jams
– A fully fledged game arcade that is COMPLETELY FREE so you can transport yourself back into time when the 50c was silver and you were the main street fighter
– A food court hosting some of Cape Towns most famous food trucks (Halaal offerings will be available)
– Live acts doing covers of your favorite 90’s & 00’s tracks to set the mood
– A line up of Cape Towns finest bringing you banger after banger all night long.
We have a ton of other fun activities planned on the night… so we wont give too much away as yet…. Just know that this is Private Affair and we never disappoint.
